Product Engineer & Solutions Architect
Bridging the gap between business requirements and technical execution.
I partner with stakeholders to turn complex business challenges into reliable, scalable software. Four years of evolving from support to architecture means I see the full product lifecycle - and I know where the real leverage is.
Philosophy
The Impact
Software-driven Optimization
I don't close tickets. I optimize processes.
My approach starts with understanding the business constraint - then designing the simplest technical system that removes it. Whether it's an API integration that eliminates manual data entry, an internal tool that saves 10 hours of weekly work, or an architectural decision that prevents six months of technical debt - the output is always measured in business value, not lines of code.

Featured Projects
Conference Room Booking System
Context
Full-stack room reservation platform built with ASP.NET Core MVC, EF Core, and SQLite.
Problem
Teams lost time to double-bookings and manual coordination with no centralized system or approval flow.
Solution
Built role-based auth (ASP.NET Identity), server-side conflict detection, and an admin dashboard with full CRUD and reservation approval workflow.
Outcome
Eliminated scheduling conflicts via enforced booking rules. Covers 9+ core .NET competencies end-to-end in a single deployable app.
B2B Medical Distribution Platform
Context
Medical-products distributor managing commercial workflows across internal sales teams and external client companies, with a hard dependency on ERP synchronization and public tender compliance.
Problem
Tender processing was entirely spreadsheet-driven with no validation layer. Offer approval chains had no systematic tracking. ERP order dispatch required manual coordinator intervention on every transfer.
Solution
Helped building a multi-role Rails monolith covering the full commercial lifecycle - offer creation with price-threshold approval flows, order state management, automated Subiekt ERP dispatch, and an async AI pipeline for spreadsheet normalization via OpenAI.
Outcome
Full order lifecycle automated from offer to ERP dispatch with zero manual handoffs. Tender spreadsheet normalization reduced from hours to minutes. Role-based access enforced across 8+ distinct user roles spanning internal staff and client organizations.
